SMS Consent for Kneadly

Kneadly, operated by D.R.C. LLC, provides appointment scheduling and SMS notifications for wellness professionals.

Users opt in to receive SMS messages by entering their phone number during booking and checking an unchecked consent checkbox. This checkbox clearly states what messages they will receive and includes required disclosures.

SMS messages from Kneadly may include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, and updates related to your appointment. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help.

Consent to receive text messages is not required to book an appointment and is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services from Kneadly or from any business that uses Kneadly.

1.Program description

Kneadly is a practice management platform for independent massage therapists and wellness businesses. The Kneadly SMS program is used by Kneadly and by the massage therapist or wellness business you book with through Kneadly to send transactional and account-related text messages tied to your appointments and account activity.

Messages are sent from a U.S. toll-free number registered to Kneadly. The sending business' name will appear in the body of each message so you always know who is contacting you.

3.Opt-in language shown at point of collection

The following call-to-action is displayed adjacent to the phone number field wherever Kneadly collects SMS consent:

“I agree to receive SMS text messages from Kneadly related to my appointment, including confirmations, reminders, and updates. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is not required to book an appointment.”

6.Message frequency and rates

Message frequency varies based on your appointment activity. A typical client receives 2–6 messages per booking cycle (confirmation + reminders + optional follow-up). Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier's plan. Kneadly does not charge a fee to receive these messages.

7.Opt out and get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to any message you receive from Kneadly. After you opt out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further texts will be sent.

8.Privacy of your phone number

Phone numbers and SMS consent records collected through Kneadly are used solely for the purposes described above and are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. 9.Carrier disclaimer

Carriers (including but not limited to T-Mobile, AT&T, Verizon, Sprint, and U.S. Cellular) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
