’m Lavinna, a licensed massage therapist with 15 years of experience and the owner of The Aligned Touch. My primary goal is simple: to help people feel better through intentional, therapeutic bodywork. My approach combines deep tissue and therapeutic massage techniques with a slower, more deliberate pace that allows me to work with the nervous system rather than against it. By giving the body time to respond to the work, I aim to address areas of tension thoughtfully and support better, longer-lasting results. My work supports overall wellness, muscle recovery, chronic pain management, and athletic performance.
