I'm Scott Kingphavong, an Illinois Licensed Massage Therapist providing personalized therapeutic and sports massage throughout the Greater Rockford area. My practice is fully mobile, allowing me to bring professional, individualized care directly to you in the comfort of your home. My approach is results-driven and centered on how your body moves, feels, and functions. Rather than following a one-size-fits-all routine, each session is shaped around your goals and what I find through assessment and hands-on work. This may include focused attention to a primary area of concern and the surrounding structures that contribute to it, or more comprehensive work involving multiple areas of the body. I draw from therapeutic massage, deep tissue techniques, trigger point work, myofascial approaches, assisted stretching, and other techniques as appropriate for the individual. My work is especially well suited for active individuals, athletes, repetitive-use and postural concerns, and anyone looking for massage as part of their ongoing body care. Whether we're working through a specific issue, supporting recovery and performance, or simply helping you stay ahead of the everyday demands placed on your body, my goal is to provide thoughtful, effective care that meets you where you are—and comes to you.
