I'm De (Sarah Waldron), a Licensed Massage Therapist dedicated to helping you feel more connected to your body through intentional, personalized bodywork. I believe massage is more than relaxation. It's an opportunity to slow down, tune into your body, and address the tension and stress that can accumulate through everyday life. My approach centers on understanding your individual needs and adapting each session to support your goals, whether that's easing muscle tension, improving mobility, managing stress, or simply making space for rest. Every body is different, and your massage should reflect that. I aim to create a welcoming, inclusive environment where you can feel comfortable communicating your needs, asking questions, and being an active participant in your care. At The House of DeAulis, my goal is to help you find a balance between how your body feels, how it moves, and how you experience everyday life.
