Laura, LMT

Location

2573 NW Upshur, Portland, OR 97210

The studio is inside the Recreate 3.0 jiu jitsu gym. Parking is FREE in the lot - entrance is next to the blue taco truck at Thurman/25th. If you bike, you may bring your bike inside the gym. The 15, 24 and 77 buses all stop within 2 blocks. A laundromat shares the building. Do not enter the laundromat, walk around the building and enter the gym next to the big garage door. Walk to the back of the gym and up the stairs on your right. If you are early please have a seat. For safety, when the gym is not in session we keep the front door locked. If you are more than 5 minutes early, don't panic! I will come down and let you in before your session starts.
