Located inside of Woodard Hall - Main Floor When street parking is available, enter through the front doors on the main floor, proceed straight ahead, and have a seat in the foyer/restroom area until greeted. If street parking is unavailable, please use the lot behind Woodard Hall (entrance on S Main), same as City Hall. Enter through the rear or side street doors and proceed through the hallway to the main floor via stairs or elevator and into the foyer area.
