About
I am a Board-Certified Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner and Licensed Massage Therapist. In addition to my formal medical training, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist with extensive experience in therapeutic bodywork, myofascial techniques, reflexology, sports and orthopedic, and neuromuscular approaches. My background in manual therapy enhances my assessment of musculoskeletal patterns, nervous system dysregulation, and somatic and energetic contributors to client concerns. My practice is driven by a commitment to rigorous assessment, evidence-informed intervention, and compassionate client care. I aim to support improved function, symptom reduction through a systematic and integrative approach.
